SHIPPING POLICY

Most of our products can be delivered anywhere in the World except for our

1. Dietary Supplements, which can only be delivered to USA, Canada, Australia, Italy, France, Monaco, Belgium, Denmark, Germany and Netherlands and may be subjected to Import duty!

2. Our Skin Care products can only be shipped to Canada and USA.

We know to great results come with patience! All orders will be processed within 3  days, depending upon the availability of stock. 

We use the UPS, FEDEX, USPS or the best available carrier depending on the weight of the order. You will receive a tracking code once your order is shipped so you can track your order up until delivery.

We use the Canada Post, China Post, UPS, FEDEX, USPS or the best available carrier depending on the weight of the order. You will receive a tracking code once your order is shipped so you can track your order up until delivery.

Buyer would be responsible for providing accurate address for delivery and shipment would be shipped to address provided. We, detoks.ca, would not be responsible for missed deliveries, especially for once going to address like PO boxes or community boxes.

We ship via Fedex, DHL, UPS, USPS, DPD and other local carriers and there may be extra changed by courier service provide from CAD $ 6.71 + CAD $ 1.33 per item depending on your country

Product would arrive in 4 - 14 business days with tracking.

Please note, most orders arrive duty free, however you may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your country. We are not responsible and have no control over these fees.

International orders must be shipped to the cardholders address.

All of our cosmetics, skincare, and beauty accessories are made on-demand and will be formulated and packaged within a few days of your order. Please allow up to one week for orders to be dispatched via the shipping carrier that you selected at checkout. Shipping times vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination country. For orders being shipped to Canada, please allow up to 10 days for delivery. For orders being shipped to the United States, please allow up to 7 days for delivery. For international orders, please allow up to three weeks for delivery.

A tracking number will always be provided for orders, and we recommend referring to your delivery confirmation email to track your order and estimated delivery date.

Please note that shipping times are estimated and may vary due to factors outside of our control, such as customs processing times and carrier delays. We are not responsible for any customs fees or duties that may be charged upon delivery. Lost Shipments Policy

We understand that sometimes delivery mishaps can occur, such as a missing apartment number, wrong house number, or an unsupported forwarding address, which can prevent a package from reaching you.

If your package fails to be delivered, there's a chance it can be returned before another delivery attempt is made. If you are located in the United States or Canada and your package is returned to us, we will gladly reship it to you for a small fee to cover shipping expenses. However, if you are located outside of the United States or Canada, we will not be able to reship your package, and you will need to bear the full cost of the lost shipment if it is due to an incorrect address provided by you.
